Gordon Malcolm (Pastor)
Gordon was a member of this church for 4 years from 1999 - 2003 under the ministry of Malcolm Hathaway.  He then moved to Scotland with his then current job.  During his 3 years in Scotland he was ordained in the Elim Church and came back to Salisbury by the invitation of the church in August 2006.

Carolann Harris (Admin Manager)
Carolann was born and raised in Southern Africa and came to Salisbury in August 1993 with her family. She has 2 grown children of 20 and 16 and is married to Colin.
 She came to Elim in 2001 and started working part time as the Administrator in May 2003, going full time in 2005. She was educated at Maris Stella Convent in Durban, South Africa and then went to the University of Natal.

 She has a BA in English and Theatre Studies and a teaching qualification for 16+, and  taught Drama to children, tutored A Level students, as well as teaching French to Junior school children in an after school club all while holding down part time Administration posts.  Carolann is responsible for looking after all the financial aspects of running the centre and the nursery, and making sure the centre runs smoothly.
Lucy Maynard (Bookings administrator)
Lucy is your first port of call if you want to hire the facilities.  She has recently joined the team here at the centre, her main role is to administer the Children’s Centre.
